The new musical light and projection show at the Senvagė Fountain, which debuted during Panevėžys’ city anniversary, will delight locals and visitors with its “Rhythm of Art” program from Thursday to Saturday throughout September. As autumn begins to darken earlier, the fountain program will be shown at 9 PM.
Directed by Linartas Urniežius, and inspired by painting, music, and theater, this creation invites residents and visitors to embark on an audiovisual journey on water.
The new three-part Senvagė Fountain program was created in collaboration with the “Stasys Museum.” On the water screen, the characters from contemporary Lithuanian artist Stasys Eidrigevičius’s paintings come to life in impressive color and imagery compositions. The creative team used the latest artificial intelligence technologies to create a unique visual experience.
Audience members are invited not only to enjoy the stunning light show but also to explore Stasys Eidrigevičius’s works and visit the “Stasys Museum.”
In September, the daytime program at the Panevėžys Senvagė Fountain operates from 10 AM to 10 PM on Mondays through Wednesdays and Sundays, and from 10 AM to 11 PM on Thursdays through Saturdays.
Every day at 8:30 PM, the musical program of the fountain’s streams is performed, and the evening water screen’s animated film “Rhythm of Art” is shown from 9 PM on Thursdays through Saturdays.
