The Lahti International Poster Triennial, one of the world’s most prestigious exhibitions dedicated to poster art, is proud to highlight a special moment from this year’s edition: the meeting of the international jury with the acclaimed visual artist Stasys Eidrigevičius.
Held in Lahti, a city with a rich tradition in design and visual culture, the Poster Triennial brings together leading talents and influential voices from across the globe. Among the jury members this year is Eidrigevičius — a Lithuanian-born artist with Polish citizenship whose surreal, poetic, and symbolically rich works have left a lasting impact on the field of visual communication.
During the jury sessions, top entries submitted by designers worldwide are being evaluated. Eidrigevičius, celebrated for his powerful poster art, illustrations, and conceptual photography, contributed reflections on his creative process and offered a perspective on how poster design continues to evolve in an increasingly saturated visual world.
The jury, composed of prominent graphic designers, curators, and educators, found inspiration in Eidrigevičius’s presence — his legacy offering a meaningful framework for assessing the works on display, many of which resonate with his themes of psychological depth and metaphor.
Organized by the Lahti Poster Museum and the Finnish Graphic Designers Association (Grafia), in cooperation with the Lahti Museum of Visual Arts Malva, the Triennial remains a vital platform for visual experimentation and socially relevant expression.
The 2025 Lahti International Poster Triennial will be open to the public at Malva – Lahti Museum of Visual Arts, showcasing works from artists representing numerous countries and cultures.
