Stasys Eidrigevičius Art Center (Stasys Museum) and its creativity center “Pragiedruliai” are looking for a project coordinator who will ensure the smooth preparation, coordination, and quality management of project implementation processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Initiate funding searches, analyze possibilities for obtaining funding from international and national funds, programs, organizations, sponsors, etc.;
  • Develop project concepts, prepare applications, execute and administer projects, and conduct their control;
  • Organize, execute, and coordinate project activities: initiate and prepare projects, project proposals, and other documentation for national and international funds;
  • Create project implementation plans, promotional campaigns, budgets, and progress reports; carry out project supervision, contract preparation and control, and provide reports;
  • Collaborate with public relations, advertising, and media planning agencies;
  • Collaborate and seek contacts with various Lithuanian and foreign institutions, culture, science, and education organizations;
  • Maintain relations with the media, communities, institutions, and social partners;
  • Develop project strategies, organize their implementation, and carry out control;
  • Communicate and cooperate with organizations participating in the structural funds administration system;
  • Coordinate the work of the project team, analyze potential risk factors, and take all possible preventive measures to mitigate risks;
  • Represent the institution’s interests in collaboration with external companies in project and advertising fields;
  • Analyze and evaluate cultural market products, improve the services of Stasys Museum and Pragiedruliai;
  • Contribute to the organization of events for Stasys Museum and Pragiedruliai.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CANDIDATES:

  • Have at least a higher education with a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification, or higher collegiate education with a professional bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification;
  • Have at least 2 years of work experience in project management;
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, pricing, basic marketing organization, and project management;
  • Excellent ability to express thoughts clearly and correctly in written and spoken Lithuanian and English;
  • Proficiency in using new computer, communication, and other organizational tools;
  • Ability to plan and organize work and time, set priorities for your activities;
  • Ability to fulfill commitments agreed upon with the direct supervisor, take responsibility for your activities and results;
  • Competence in gathering, organizing, processing, and accumulating information;
  • Ability to work in a team, communicate, and collaborate.

SALARY:

The basic salary is from 1660.42 Eur (before taxes), for full-time work, plus bonuses according to the institution’s employee remuneration system.

WORKING HOURS: Full-time.
