On December 2, Vilnius Town Hall hosted the Art Creator Awards, an annual event that brings together creators from various artistic disciplines to recognize outstanding achievements. This marks the fourth time the ceremony has taken place.
Awards and prizes were presented by organizations representing diverse art fields, including visual artists, writers, literary translators, folk artists, architects, filmmakers, photographers, musicians, and journalists. The Lithuanian Art Creators Association Prize, a tradition for over two decades, was also awarded. This year’s event was organized in collaboration with LATGA Association.
The Architecture of the Year Award, granted by the Lithuanian Architects’ Union, went to the IMPLMNT Architects team for their work on the Stasys Museum. The award-winning team includes Aurimas Syrusas, Greta Brimė, Ričardas Bertašius, Aurelija Kniukštaitė, Eglė Gečaitė, Ieva Sirijatavičiūtė, Kotryna Bajorinaitė, and Jonė Virbickaitė.

This project is a remarkable example of integrating multiple disciplines—architecture, design, landscaping, and public space—into a cohesive whole. Thanks to the close collaboration of architects, designers, engineers, and artists, the museum reflects the values of the New European Bauhaus initiative with its bold, elegant, and functional design.
Stasys Museum has become a significant cultural asset for the local community, strengthening regional cultural, educational, social, and economic activities. Its innovative architecture also positions the museum as a rising cultural institution on both national and international stages.
