During the discussion, participants will explore scientific and artistic interpretations of the climate crisis, reflecting on the intersections of planetary and human time.
Both the speakers and audience will be invited not only to consider the contributions of geology and philosophy in understanding climate transformations, but also to collectively seek community-based solutions grounded in respect for all forms of life in the face of a global crisis.

Andrej Spiridonov – paleontologist and geobiologist, professor and researcher at the Institute of Geosciences, Faculty of Chemistry and Geosciences, Vilnius University.
Vaiva Daraškevičiūtė – philosopher, associate professor at the Institute of Philosophy, Vilnius University.
Evelina Šimkutė – artist and cultural producer, co-founder of the NGO Kultūros dirbtuvė and head of the creative platform Šilainiai Project.
Rūta Lukošiūnaitė – creator, researcher, process designer and facilitator, co-founder of the NGO Kultūros dirbtuvė and the community initiative Šilainių sodai.
The discussion will be moderated by philosopher, poet, translator, and researcher at the Department of Contemporary Philosophy, Lithuanian Culture Research Institute – Aistis Žekevičius.
